Developing Hand–Eye Coordination
Last week, our Little Stars at Scotts Park spent lots of time enjoying outdoor play in our nursery garden. One of the favourite activities was playing a game of skittles, where the children took turns rolling a ball to knock the skittles over. This activity encouraged the children to focus, aim carefully, and coordinate their movements. They showed great enthusiasm, celebrating their successes and supporting their friends.
Playing skittles also helped the children practise turn-taking, patience, and social interaction while building confidence in their physical abilities.
